NEENAH PAPER

Transfer paper– is used in textiles and arts & crafts projects. Often, pigment printer used to print an image on the paper. Then a heat press can transfer the image onto clothing, canvas, or other surfaces. Transfer paper is use in creating heat press machine.

 

3G JET-OPAQUE

COMMERCIAL PRESS INSTRUCTIONS PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Print image on coated side of paper right reading (do not mirror the image).
  2. Trim away the unprinted areas of the transfer. You can use cutter plotter with contour cut.

PRE-TRANSFERRING INSTRUCTIONS:

Prepare the substrate by ensuring the surface is clean, dry and wrinkle free.

Applicable for all types of fabric like cotton, polycotton, Dri-fit, CVC, polyester, satin, canvas and other fabric.

3g Jet opaque can be press for a colored and white shirt.

TRANSFERRING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Remove the backing paper from the printed image.
  2. Place the Heat Transfer Paper on top of the garment with the image facing up (right reading to you).
  3. Completely cover the image with an ironing sheet (TEFLON).
  4. Press: 10 seconds at 150 temperatures using medium pressure.
  5. Wipe a clean fabric on the top of Teflon if you want a glossy type output.

JET PRO SS LIGHT PAPER

COMMERCIAL PRESS INSTRUCTIONS PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1.       Print image in a mirror or reverse on coated side of paper.
  2.       You can trim unprinted areas of the transfer paper for less mess.

PRE-TRANSFERRING INSTRUCTIONS:

Prepare the substrate by ensuring the surface is clean, dry and wrinkle free.

Applicable for all types of fabric like cotton, polycotton, Dri-fit, CVC, polyester, satin, canvas and other fabric.

Jet Pro SS transfer paper applicable only for a white shirt.

TRANSFERRING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Do not remove the backing paper from the printed image.
  2. Place the Heat Transfer Paper on top of the garment with the image facing down because the print was mirrored or reverse.
  3. Completely cover the image with an ironing sheet (TEFLON).
  4. Press: 20 seconds at 200 temperatures using medium pressure.
  5. Wipe a clean fabric on the top of Teflon if you want a glossy type output.
  6. Then peel the backing part of transfer paper. Hot peel process
